The Straightline Performance Polaris 850 Boost Complete Silicone Intake & Pressure Tube Kit is engineered to eliminate one of the biggest airflow restrictions found on the factory Polaris Boost turbo system. Designed for both stock and high-performance tuned machines, this complete kit replaces the restrictive OEM intake and pressure tubes with premium, high-strength silicone components that improve airflow, increase turbo response, and eliminate intake tube collapse under extreme operating conditions.

The factory intake tube can collapse under high airflow demand, especially on tuned machines operating at increased boost levels. When this happens, airflow is restricted, causing power loss, poor throttle response, and engine bogging. The Straightline Performance intake tube completely eliminates this issue with a reinforced multi-ply silicone design that will not collapse under any operating condition.

The intake tube also features a larger internal diameter and precision-engineered internal ribs that provide a smooth transition between components while ensuring a secure, leak-free fit. The larger airflow path allows the turbocharger to breathe more efficiently, improving spool-up, throttle response, and overall engine performance.

The kit also includes a matching high-performance silicone pressure tube, replacing the restrictive factory charge tube with a premium reinforced silicone design. Unlike OEM rubber hoses that can expand, heat soak, or deteriorate over time, Straightline Performance silicone tubing maintains its shape and strength even under extreme boost pressure and engine temperatures.
